1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that a website can save in your browser. Other forms of storage also exist, such as localStorage (persistent) and sessionStorage (linked to a tab session). The purpose of each use, rather than just its name or technology, determines whether consent is required.
This information relates to the public website served at iees.es, managed by Instituto Europeo De Estudios Superiores Agora Sl. The Campus and services accessed through links provide their own information.
2. What this website currently uses
The reviewed version does not install HTTP cookies or use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking. Nor does it save preferences in localStorage, create IndexedDB databases or register service workers.
Continuity of an enquiry
- Name and technology
iees_consultation_<token>, insessionStoragebelonging to this website. The page history also temporarily retains context so that you can go back and correct a selection.- Purpose
- To retain the enquiry you are preparing as you follow connected links between business training, courses, FUNDAE, enrolment and contact, without having to repeat it.
- When it is saved
- The session record is created when you activate one of those links. It is retrieved only through the identifier included in that link and for its destination page.
- Content
- The selected need or described case (up to 500 characters), course or area, interest in FUNDAE, source page and enquiry stage. Where relevant, it includes the reference and status of a simulated transaction. It does not copy the name, email or learner details fields from the form.
- Duration
- The context expires after 30 minutes. Once expired, it is no longer retrieved; expired records are deleted when a page on the website is loaded again. You can also delete them through your browser.
- Transmission
- The context accompanies your enquiry when you use the form. It is not used for analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking.
Navigation and page operation
Course filters and the selected business need are reflected in the URL. Browser history lets you return to that context and restore your position. Forms and interactions temporarily retain their state on the page to respond to your actions; this information is not used for profiling or sent to measurement tools.
The browser may retain pages, photographs, fonts and other files in its HTTP cache to load them again. Retention depends on the resource headers and the browser’s management. This is a technical website delivery mechanism, with no advertising identifiers. We do not use Cache Storage through an offline application.
The catalogue photograph no longer saves a preference in sessionStorage. If a previous session retains the key iees.catalog.preview, the catalogue deletes it when opened, without reading its value or creating it again.
3. External content and services
The website’s fonts, photographs and scripts are served from its own origin. Third-party videos, maps, social media, chat and CAPTCHA tools are not loaded automatically.
Links to the Campus and other sites take you to those services only when you activate them. They may use different technologies, described in their own policies. The Campus is not loaded within this public website.
The form shows whether sending is available. In preparation mode, details are validated without sending emails or retaining the request. When sending is available, the enquiry is sent to IEES for review.
If you choose to copy a draft enquiry or bank transfer enrolment request, its content is placed on your device’s clipboard. This action does not read the clipboard’s previous content. Retention, history and synchronisation depend on your device settings.
4. How to control storage
You can view and delete this site’s data through your browser’s privacy settings or storage tools. Deleting one website’s data does not delete data for other domains. Closing a tab usually ends its session storage, subject to the browser’s session restoration features.
Blocking storage does not prevent you from browsing courses, reading their details or preparing an enquiry. It may prevent context being retained between pages or the result of a checkout simulation being displayed.
There is currently no optional consent to withdraw or category settings panel. If we introduce technologies that require consent, they will remain blocked until we obtain your permission. We will offer equivalent options to accept and reject, and a way to change or withdraw your choice.
5. Further information and updates
See the Privacy Policy for details of personal data processing and your rights. For enquiries, you can write to info@iees.es.
We will review this policy before introducing new technologies. The date at the end identifies the current revision.
