1. Enrolment process
You can request enrolment from the course page. IEES will contact you to confirm availability and the next steps. Online purchase is coming soon; the website currently does not accept payments.
Completing the website form does not complete enrolment or automatically reserve a place. After receiving the request, IEES expressly confirms the terms.
2. Price and taxes
Amounts identified as indicative are subject to confirmation. IEES will provide the final price and any applicable taxes before enrolment is completed.
3. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has 14 calendar days from enrolment confirmation to withdraw without giving a reason and receive a full refund. If the consumer requests the course to begin within that period and accesses digital content, withdrawal will be governed by Articles 103(a) and 103(m) of the consolidated text of Spain’s General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. This will be explained and expressly agreed to in the enrolment confirmation.
4. Access period and certificate
Each course page states the training duration, and IEES confirms the Campus access period for the relevant course intake. On meeting the programme’s academic requirements, the learner receives a certificate issued by IEES showing the course name and duration.
5. Support and complaints
Learners may send enquiries or complaints to info@iees.es, and will receive a response within one month. Information about applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms will be provided where relevant.
